dp/s means data points per second: the number of individual tag/value updates a production gateway can process every second. It is the sustained throughput limit of the licensed capacity tier.
Burst is the short-spike allowance above the sustained rate, designed for reconnects, buffered sends, and temporary data surges. Burst is roughly three times the sustained rate.
